Shipping, Refunds & Returns


We ship all of our orders using 2nd class Royal Mail (unless a shipping upgrade has been purchased). We aim to have all orders with the postman within 24 hours of ordering. We'd hate to keep you waiting after all!

Refunds & Returns

Returns and refunds are normally way overcomplicated. We've tried to keep things simple. As we see it, there are two instances where you'd want to send something back to us;

Changed your mind

If you've received something from us and you've changed your mind, you can return products to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. 

You'll need to send your goods back to us, in the condition (new) they were received in; ideally in the original packaging.

Gift sets - if you have ordered a gift set, and you've opened the gift set (i.e. not just the shipping box), we'll deduct £4.99 from your refund amount to cover re-packaging the gift box.

You will need to cover the shipping costs, and we'd recommend that you use a tracked service as we take no liability for returns that are lost in the post and do not reach us.

Damaged goods

If you've received something from us, and it's not quite right please email us ( within 7 working days of receipt. We will then liaise with you, and if things aren't right, you'll be asked to return items to us within 14 days of your return been approved for a full refund. 

In this instance, we'll pay shipping costs, and email you a shipping label with instructions of where to take your parcel.
